Uploads throw MaxRetry errors #38

Some of our uploads throw:

ConnectionError(MaxRetryError(HTTPConnectionPool(host='s3.amazonaws.com';, port=80): Max retries exceeded with url

but when checking the contents of the bucket it looks like the file has uploaded fine?
