Not functioning since version 108 #6

I think extension (from Chrome Store) is no longer functioning since version 108 (of both Chrome and Edge tested)

While it counts the occurances it has encountered (so filtering kinda works) but it no longer prevents them being in History Listing.

EDIT: I wrote 108 but it may be earlier versions too.

This seems to be a browser-related issue.

I'm running it in a highly customized Vivaldi profile and everything works like a charm.

Vivaldi Version: 6.2.3105.54 (Stable channel) stable (64-bit)
Operating System: Manjaro Linux with GNOME Desktop
