ActiveWorkflow is an automation platform on which different agents are combined in workflows. In this document you will find documentation for our ActiveWorkflow voice agent.
Use the voice agent to add sending a text message to your workflow, which is delivered to the recipients as a call and then read out.
Please find detailed installation instructions in the repository overview
from Sender ID. Use only verified sender IDs, one of your
virtual inbound numbers or one of our
shared virtual numbers
to Recipient number, only numbers and address book entries are allowed (contacts only,
no groups). It is currently not possible to call more than one recipient per request.
text Enter text message to be read out, or XML data, not more than 10,000 characters
xml true or false Specifies whether the variable
text is plain text to be read aloud or an XML format.
