Plugin not working in current VS-Code Version

The plugin does nothing for me in the newest version of vs-code. Would love to have it working though since coming from Webstorm I'm heavily missing the reveal-button. 👐

Bug:
No reveal-button gets added to the sidebar when the plugin is installed.

@smulyono I'm sure this can be fixed rather quickly and has something to do with meanwhile changed APIs or so. Thanks for creating this plugin! 👍

@mrfloppi The latest version of VSCode seems to have fixed this (v 1.38.1). The problem seems to related to microsoft/vscode#77106

The plugin doesn't work in the current version again :-(

Ah, sorry for that one. Now I see that the button is at the right (not at the left). Would it be possible to add it to the place in the screenshot (see below)?
