Update the bases and use a more common syntax between the two tasks
and the suite.

With this change, LXD continues is to work and microk8s is broken
in the same way (needs more research).

Update the system MaaS targets on the test to have 40G of storage
to accomodate the MaaS snap build for 20.04.
