Twitter publish: case-sensitive check for @-name #361

When twitter publish adds an @-name if one isn't found in the string, it looks like the comparison is case-sensitive... Should be an easy fix.

confirmed that the preview no longer contains the double @-name

@CraigMod you captured that lingering feeling of being an Outsider quite brilliantly. You might be my favourite… (kartikprabhu.com/notes/craigmod...)
