Bulk generate asset labels similarly to how the bulk checkout feature allows you to select multiple assets and check them out.

Enter/select the assets that you want to generate labels for.

Hi! This option is available from the main assets table, in the bulk edit dropdown.
Is there a scenario where that option won't work for your use-case?

The generate labels works but its much more linear. If you get a stack of devices back all at once that need new labels (peeled off, worn/faded, colored on, etc) you would need to generate a label for each specific asset since, chances are, they will not be linear.

For example, a school year ends and you have hundreds of devices to go through that may need replacement labels. You would most likely need to go to each asset to generate the label one at a time.

It would be much faster to do something like the bulk checkout where you can enter multiple assets (via asset tag or serial number) at a time and then generate all of the labels at once instead of one at a time.

Ah, yep that's definitely a use case that would benefit from this!
I'll take a look if I get a chance.
