[Feature Request]: change/customize email text or ability to create custom email templates

Currently, we have an Excel spreadsheet that has a macro that sends an email to the user if he's leaving the company. In this email is described, which assets the user has and how he has to return the assets to us (the IT department). This is very useful, because our human resources department only has to trigger the macro to send the email and doesn't have to do anything else according to the assets of the user.

In Snipe-IT, I only see the ability to send the user a list of the assets that are checked out to him. But I don't see a setting to change the text in this email or to create different email templates, that we can send to the user.

Describe the solution you'd like

Solution 1: Change email text of "Email List of All Assigned"

A setting, where you can change the text of the email that is sent to the user, when you click the button "Email List of All Assigned". I was thinking of a setting like the "Default EULA", where you can enter a text formatted with GitHub Flavoured Markdown.

Solution 2: Ability to create custom email templates

This solution would be kind of a big change. I was thinking of a whole new feature, to send emails to the user from Snipe-IT.

• a section in the settings, where you can define different email templates (name of template, email text, which kind of assets should be displayed, which properties of the assets, etc.)
• a new dropdown-button in the user view, where you can choose which email template should be sent

This feature would allow anybody to personalize the email functionality and Snipe-IT would become much more customizable.

Alternatively, can you add a section in the documentation, in which you describe which file you have to edit, to change the standard email text? Because we really need to customize this text!

Also, is this feature on the roadmap now or when could we expect this to be implemented?

It's not exactly the same, so you can leave it open, but it's a pretty big undertaking, so I don't see it happening super soon.

(It's a good feature request, and I know a lot of people would welcome it - it's just messy and complex)
