'General Settings' reloads the page.

Describe the bug

On the admin settings, when I click the 'General Settings' button, the page is simply reloaded. The same thing happens with the 'Security', 'Integrations', and 'SAML' buttons.

Reproduction steps

1. Log in to Snipe-it with my admin account
2. Click the settings button on the top right
3. Click 'General Settings' button

Expected behavior

The 'General Settings' page would open.

What's your APP_URL set to in your env?

Currently it's set to http://192.168.0.51, which is the local IP address of the machine running the server.

I don't have any idea what would be causing this. Is there anything in your app logs? I cannot reproduce it at all.
