[Feature Request]: Automatically formatting MAC address

I'd be awesome if when entering a MAC address the formatting would be cleaned up and automatically set to the requested format.

Describe the solution you'd like

For example, when entering xx-xx-xx-xx-xx or xxxxxxxxxx convert it to xx:xx:xx:xx:xx when saving the item. Saves a lot of time when copying over data without the need to manually delete dashes or add colons.

you could just strip all the special characters and add colons after every 2nd char.
