Expected Behavior

Under branding, selecting the "Logo" only option should scale the logo to fit in the Logo area at the top of the dashboard and every page within.

Actual Behavior

Using a blank space or any text with the logo forces the logo to scale to fit the region. Selecting just the "Logo" option, uses the logo, but it's at full size rather than scaling to fit the region. Or selecting "Logo + Text" without any text will leave the logo unmodified.

Running version Version v4.0.15 build 339 (g17b2719) on CentOS7 (initially installed using install.sh).
