At the moment, a User has to Login to Snipe, go to the requestable tab and request an asset. Afterwards the Admin has to accept that request and specify check-in and check-out date.

In my opinion that doesnt make a lot of sense.

Better would be, if the User would login to Snipe, go the the requestable tab, request an asset and sets a check-in and check-out date. Afterwards the Admin can just accept the request or change the requested time-frame.
