Is this new desired behaviour or (what it seems like to me) a regression? If the former, it means that our configuration files will basically have to have a list of all internal Node modules in the external if we want a reusable template, for example.

In 3.0.10, I can run
snowpack dev
andsnowpack build
without manually adding every internal Node package I’ve used topackageOptions.external
.In 3.1.1, I have to manually declare them as external else I get `Package “X” not found. Have you installed it?” errors. e.g.,
