Add this block after your code checkout:

    - name: Cache go modules
      uses: actions/cache@v2
      with:
        path: ~/go/pkg/mod
        key: ${{ runner.os }}-go-${{ hashFiles('**/go.sum') }}
        restore-keys: |
          ${{ runner.os }}-go-
