I'm also experimenting the same problem, and I noticed that on the source code it's not considering the configuration parameters. Also the workingDays are hardcoded and not configurable.
I think this project is dead.

If you'd like to see configurable working days, make an issue on https://github.com/reediculous456/dayjs-business-days which is now published to the npm registry as dayjs-business-days2
