Black screen for Shiritsu Justice Gakuen games

Bug explanation:
After tonyhax loads the game it is just a black screen. The CD rom drive spins but nothing happens. The exact same issue occurs with both games. I have tried roms from various websites all yielding the same result. I've also tried on another PS1 and a PS2 that works with booting other games with no change. Other games work perfectly with tonyhax only these two games are not working.

Update: I tried downloading an older version for shits and giggles and it ended up actually working. The version was v1.1.2 and both games booted perfectly. I hope this helps! :)

I've tried on an emulator with a SCPH-102 BIOS and I can't replicate it. It'll take a couple weeks until I can access again my SCPH-102 to test it in real hardware.
