Provisioning Templates Preview mode removes text like <<FOO #1

Step 1: Create a Provisioning Template and type in the following typical shell redirect code:

Step 2: Switch to Preview (note the change, <FOO > has been removed)

Step 3: Switch back to Code (code remains broken and will be saved this way)
