Add additional character to the end of the text in a BeautifulMentionNode

I'm using { as a trigger character. I'd like to automatically include a } as the last character in both the displayed value as well as in the serializable / text content value.

Is there a built in way to do this or do you have a recommended way of accomplishing that?
