Path to sodium-friends membership

Hi! 👋

I'm not sure where to ask this, so I'm asking here: what's the path to membership/maintainership for this org? I can't see everything, but it looks like @mafintosh and @emilbayes are the only members of the organization. I'm asking for a few reasons:

• I'd like to have the Scuttlebutt (JavaScript) ecosystem use Sodium-Universal exclusively, which is why I've been opening pull requests.
• I've had lots of maintainer friends burn out, and I want to make sure that such a critical dependency isn't at risk.
• This seems like a great project and I want to make sure that I'm helping lift it up rather than adding burden.

I've tried to reach out in #sodium-friends on freenode, but I haven't seen anyone send messages there. Maybe a timezone thing? Anyway, please let me know if there's a better place to have this conversation. Thanks!
