As of August 2022, customer managed guests are deprecated.

So anything touching
https://sldn.softlayer.com/reference/datatypes/SoftLayer_Virtual_Host/
https://sldn.softlayer.com/reference/services/SoftLayer_Hardware_Server/getVirtualGuests/

needs to be removed.
