slcli hardware detail should not be getting the following information from the API unless it really needs to.

SoftLayer_Hardware_Server::getRemoteManagementAccounts (1.334305s) 
SoftLayer_Hardware_Server::getBillingItem (1.387324s)

TODO

  • Move billingItem to its own API call for use when --price is specified
  • Move remoteManagementAccounts to its own API call for use when --passwords is specified
