output upload_url to use with actions/upload-release-asset #73

Hi,
I have used actions/create-release before, and it outputs upload_url to have further action uploads artifact to the release.
I do not see this kind of output here, is there any way to achieve the same behavior ?

Hello @softprops! Is it possible to make a release with this feature? Seems like there is no tagged version with it while readme states that upload_url supported.
