Identify if we can use ContentMine to understand context of repo mention

We want to see if we can use ContentMine to identify mentions of github repositories (or other repositories) in papers, but also get an understanding of the context e.g. whether it is in the text, in the references or in the footnotes; or if it is in the methodology section.
