Mysql app manager seems to be missing in the dist dir when installing this package #48

This is my dist dir after a fresh install, version is 5.4.0. The Knex dependency is also missing in the package.json of the npm installed version. What is going wrong here?

It appears somehow that version 5.4.0 does not ship these features.
