Problem

Currently the blocktime field is omitted on transactions that are too old to be queried from the cluster due to solana-labs/solana#10089. This can lead to community confusion, both innocent and malicious

Suggested solution

Display "Before LAST_QUERYABLE_DATE" or similar when we can't give a more precise date
