Request for NPM Package Name to be Changed

Motivation

Current NPM package is is @solana/web3.js. To better align with decentralized future of solana, the package should be changed to @solana-labs/solana-web3

Example use case

Instead of:

npm install --save @solana/web3.js

It would be

npm install --save @solana-labs/solana-web3

Details

People already call solana the vc chain, etc. It is important to push towards the decentralized future every step of the way. Using @solana as the npm import does not send this message.

It's good that solana labs has the @solana name, so that scammy stuff isn't loaded into it.

I propose that @solana/web3.js is still supported as a package, but that the official documentation and links point to a new name @solana-labs/solana-web3
