As a player, I want to be able to view the leaderboard to see who's winning and who is losing. #23

The leaderboard should display:

The name of the game
How many stars are required to win
The current cycle and tick
All players in order of who owns the most stars first
Must be able to click on a player to zoom to them on the map
If the game has finished, a game over message and who won
