✍️ Description
Update all eslint dependencies. Also fixed
eslint-config-esat a fixed version since we want an explicit version there to prevent potential issues when that changes.Only change is a bunch of test files that used
toEqualwhentoBecould have been used.We probably want to merge this into the 3.0.0 branch as soon as possible as well, but this might cause merge conflicts with current large PRs that are still open so perhaps it's safer to wait until those are merged.
