PDB and HPA for pods that need to be highly available

I could not find any reference in issues or documentation about PodDisruptionBudget and HorizontalPodAutoscaling. Given that gloo as an Ingress Controller / API Gateway it's a "mission critical" component, shouldn't we include these in the helm chart for the pods that need it?

I am using gloo chart 1.3.2.

I will manually create these for now :)
