For folks who wish to deal directly with the Kube yaml it would be good to have a preview for

glooctl install kube --preview which spits out the kube yaml

Install now supports this with --dry-run, tested on v0.6.9

glooctl install kube --dry-run
glooctl install knative --dry-run
