Can't pin apps to icontasklist using right clic popover's option

Description

When using popover option to pin apps to the icon task list applet, app's icon desappears.

Budgie version

Kernel: 4.20.2-107.current x86_64 bits: 64
Desktop: Budgie 10.5
Distro: Solus 3.9999

Operating system

Solus 3.9.....................

Steps to reproduce the issue

Open an app which is not already pinned on the icon task list, then right click on the icon to open popover to have option to pin it

Actual result

Icon desappears, If windows is minimized, she's still visible on the workspace applet but not accessible thru the icon task list.

And the icon appears after session log out and back in.

Expected result

Icon should be pinned
