• Voice and tone
• Level of brand compliance
• Service philosophy
• Governance, platform emphasis, and rough calendar

We're already on facebook, twitter, behance, github, etc. Should we insta? Where else can we get some traction and leads? Slideshare? Is that still a thing?

Governance should include post creation on Google My Business and Facebook pages, not just Twitter. For Twitter lean hard into scheduled tweets.
