Shall we disable user and licence mgmt for this pilot? Does son-install allows to do this during the SP installation phase?

Why do we need this? This is not yet implemented, although it has been described in D4.3...

I was not sure about this. It might be helpful to disable user management or license management just to facilitate the pilot configuration, but if the effort to implement this feature is higher then the effort of the full configuration let's forget about it.
If this is the case, we will need to create an user in the lower SP for the higher SP to use.
