Authenticate the IFTA against keystone version 3

This test is currently run as a module test through maven. It is usually disabled, being it infrastructure-dependant, and enabled manually during development. I think could be very usefull to have a separate integration test to check for integration with the VIM, but most probably the IA needs a small refactor, so to try authentication when the VIM is registered into the Infr. Repository. This way the integration test could use IA api to configure a VIM, and this will succeed only if the authentication succeeds.
