The plugin that adds NPM (https://www.npmjs.org) repository type support for Nexus 2.10+

The plugin is based/forked from this repository https://github.com/georgy/nexus-npm-repository-plugin

Since 2.11.x the NPM plugin is built as part of the Nexus OSS build.
