[PATCH] Migration from obsolete plexus-maven-plugin to plexus-containers-component-metadata #1

The attached patch retires the obsolete plexus-maven-plugin and generates the metadata with plexus-containers-component-metadata instead.

NOTE : The result XML file has a different order of elements, but all of them are present.
