No matter what I do or how many times I restart or delete and redownload the app WONT OPEN. EVER. :(

So you downloaded the app, extracted it to a location and it won't run?
Does it create config files? Those files are called AppConfig.yaml, TwitchConfig.yaml, BotConfig.yaml and SpotifyCredentials.yaml. If it does create them, check the AppConfig.yaml file if it's empty. With that I mean no content at all.

Other idea: Have you enabled "minimize to try" and it's actually open but in the system tray?
