It seems connectionCreated and connectionDestroyed events are not triggered by OpenTok WebRTC in Cordova 3.4. I could be wrong but opentok.js has no implementation for these events.

Fixed and implemented. Previous SDK versions (pre 2.2) did not have connectionCreated and Destroyed events. Since I just updated SDK to 2.2, there are now connectionCreated and Destroyed and therefore I have added them: 78bff43
