As per the title, the following error message pops in the console:

Using GtkSettings:gtk-application-prefer-dark-theme with libadwaita is unsupported. Please use AdwStyleManager:color-scheme instead.

I don't see this method used anywhere in your code, so I don't know what would trigger it.
