Req: Updating the app title, based on status #223

Would it be possible to have the Window Title change, based on the status of the app?
For example:

SonoBus | Ready to connect
-or-
SonoBus | Connected to 12345

This would be very useful when using window layout managers like Rectangle... as well as automation tools like AutoHotKey or Keyboard Maestro.
