Create a featured template tag, or maybe sort by featured when calling active()? #25

We need to define a template tag that only pulls featured posts so we can display them in a special place. We should also set the active manager to not pull featured posts since they'll be displayed somewhere else.

Moved all featured items to the beginning of the objects list
