Proposal Overview

Soranauts.com proposes an ongoing strategic content marketing partnership to strengthen the SORA crypto project’s online community, ecosystem development, and positioning. This would involve collaborating on informative articles, analysis reports, exclusive interviews, timely news updates, and community engagement across Soranauts’ crypto media channels. We will spotlight the innovative features and value propositions of SORA and its associated tokens, while cultivating deeper understanding among investors, crypto enthusiasts, and web3 communities.

We aim to build SORA’s credibility in the wider blockchain sector as both a valuable utility coin/platform and strong contributor of intellectual capital. This proposal outlines an integrated content strategy focused on use case spotlights, evidence of lowered risk, community transparency updates, SORA adoption wins, and stakeholder educationals.

  • Bridge from concepts they know like banking and investing
  1. Spotlight Innovations in Web3 Sector

  1. Drive Cross-Ecosystem Collaboration

  • Leverage videos, graphics and non-technical vocabulary
  • Maintain active GitHub for technical community upkeep

Scope of Work

Soranauts will collaborate closely with the SORA team to align on content priorities that best spotlight the impact and ecosystem progress. Major areas that the proposal would cover include:

  • Thought Leadership Articles: Creating monthly long-form articles focusing on core technology strengths, SORA development, emerging use cases, neighborhood use cases, and blockchain interoperability. These articles would be promoted across our broader media network.
  • Analysis Reports: In-depth data-rich reports examining chart patterns, valuation models, risk metrics, on-chain activity, comparisons to peer channels/coins, and forecasts for SORA’s performance.
  • Video Content: Producing regular video content for SORA project leaders, collaborators and users. These professional videos will help communicate key messages.
  • SORA Project Updates: Working with SORA marketing leads to showcase product launches, technical milestones, partnership wins, exchange listings and other project news.
  • Community Engagement: Maintaining interactive dialogue across social channels to address investor/user questions, respond to web3 influencer commentary, and link to SORA ecosystem activity.

Current Roadblocks and Barriers to Success

While the SORA project and tokens have strong technical foundations and an committed community, there are barriers hampering faster ecosystem growth, user adoption and content success.

  1. Limited Qualitative Feedback: There is a need for more qualitative insights from token holders, developers, partners and other projects on improving the SORA ecosystem. Gathering feedback to iterate on services, messaging and real user sentiment can be challenging.
  2. Content Collaboration and Review Resource Constraints: Producing high-quality content for the SORA ecosystem requires finding knowledgeable contributors willing to collaborate on articles, as well as extensive editing reviews to ensure complete accuracy on complex technical topics.
  3. As a newer entrant site aiming to attract users from across decentralized ecosystems, Soranauts faces challenges ranking against established crypto publishers for prominent blockchain keywords. Terms like “DeFi”, “DAO”, “cross-chain”, “staking” and other web3 staples have immense competition from incumbent sites on Google rankings, meaning less visibility for Soranauts content among general crypto enthusiasts exploring space-related topics. Lower search visibility obstructs discovery by wider web3 audiences relying on search to learn about new innovations like SORA’s offerings. So expanding Soranauts organic rankings for popular web3 keywords can increase the site's visibility to prospective users delving into decentralized tech.

To overcome these headwinds, this proposal focuses on cultivated participatory feedback channels, structured content workflows with SORA's team, and search engine optimization best practices to earn trust signals such as backlinks from reputable sites. Ongoing collaboration will also help identify other priority constraints needing solutions.

Evaluation Metrics and Criteria

In order to benchmark content impact over time, Soranauts will update this proposal document on a monthly basis to incorporate the latest performance metrics and analytics from relevant platforms, excluding PostHog as it has publicly accessible analytics here: [link].

These monthly evaluations will capture - pageviews, attention time, video watch metrics, organic traffic, keyword visibility, social engagement rates and other consumption indicators across channels including YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram, Google Search Console, etc.

Quantitative Engagement:

  • Pageviews (PostHog)
  • Attention Time (PostHog)
  • Scroll Depth (PostHog)
  • Social Shares (X)
  • Video Views (YouTube)
  • Watch Time (YouTube)

Search Visibility:

  • Keyword Impressions (Search Console)
  • Click-Through Rates (Search Console)
  • Organic Traffic (Search Console)

Submission Requirements

For Soranauts to execute an impactful content strategy partnership that spotlights SORA’s ecosystem requires funding provision for essential marketing resources including:

  • Domain and Hosting - Ongoing fees for website domain licensing, SSL certificates, hosting servers, CDNs and site maintenance. However, with the recent move of the website, SSL and hosting/CDN are all free.
  • Content Creation Tools - Access to artificial intelligence assistants, graphic design software, video editing tools, photography kits and digital product subscriptions.
  • SEO and Analytics - Budget for search engine optimization plugins, schema markup tools, analytics dashboards and API connections to monitor engagement data.
  • Community Management - Compensation for dedicated community managers across social channels monitoring questions and dialogue.
  • Subject Matter Experts - Resources to attract and incentivize top crypto writers, developers and economists to contribute perspective articles on SORA use cases.
  • Promotional Channels - Paid partnerships with leading ad networks, influencers, and cross-promotional deals with aligned publishers to increase distribution reach.

The allocation of funds towards these requisite content infrastructure elements empowers executing a high-velocity community-focused content strategy for SORA that offers valuable information to decentralized technology enthusiasts and web3 developers.

Budget Amount

Requested allocation: $1500 USD

Having officially launched just over 3 months ago, the Soranauts project has seen over $1000 invested (and many hours) so far in laying the foundations for community education - including domain registration, hosting servers, basic design tools, and administrative necessities during these initial building phases.

However, to properly fund the creation of regular high-value content like technical explainers, insightful market perspectives, professional video interviews and ecosystem promotions requires expanded resources. For this next crucial growth stage focused on audience development, Soranauts is requesting funds to execute the outlined content strategies for the benefit of expanding overall awareness of the burgeoning SORA ecosystem.

This would empower acquiring all the software, skillsets and analytical capabilities needed to take the Soranauts platform from its intrepid beginnings to a more fully featured education portal for audiences interested in exploring innovations happening around decentralized finance - with the SORA project as a central focus due to its pioneering technical developments and approachable community.

Regardless of the ultimate funding decision, Soranauts will maintain our steadfast commitment to providing SORA educational materials for the crypto community. This proposal was merely to seek support that could strengthen capabilities, not born out of necessity. While the additional proposed budget would unlock more impactful informational formats like videos and partnered technical explainers, we respect this autonomous community's assessment of priorities. Soranauts began as a labor of love without expectations - so if sentiment lies against this funding plea, there is no offense taken whatsoever. In fact, any constructive feedback is welcomed for improving subsequent proposals that might better resonate regarding the value each party can exchange. Rest assured, the core mission of spreading awareness continues undeterred by short-term resource allocations. The long view remains fixed on cultivating understanding between people.
