Describe a flow for creation new stable coins on Kensetsu platform


As a user I want to create a new over-collateralised Kensetsu asset so that I can borrow other assets available from the Band data feed.


Preconditions

Oracle Data Feed is available from Band protocol.

Flow

  1. The Council creates a new Kensetsu asset pegged to the price of any asset for which we receive an Oracle Data Feed (Band)
  2. The Council creates a new vault with borrowedAssetID = newKensetsuAssetID

Postconditions

Over-collateralised asset has been created
