To troubleshoot issues with the QLM WordPress / WooCommerce plugin, follow the steps below:
- Upgrade to the latest version of the QLM WooCommerce plugin.
- In your QLM Settings in WordPress, enable logging as per the screenshot below.
- Reproduce the issue you are trying to troubleshoot.
- In your WP site, locate the log file associated with the order as per the 2nd screenshot below.
- Send us a copy of the logs.
