All products that you define in the QLM Management Console / Define Products tab are initially stored in an XML file on your workstation.
In QLM Pro and Enterprise, the location of this XML file is specified in your Site's settings as shown below:
In QLM Express, the location of this XML file is specified in the QLM options as shown below:
After modifications are made to your products, if you navigate away from the Products Definition tab, QLM automatically prompts you to upload your products to the server.
