To renew the maintenance plan for an offline customer:
- Launch the QLM Management Console
- Go to the Manage Keys tab
- Locate the license of the customer
- Click Edit
- Update the Maintenance Plan Expiry date as required
- Click Ok
- Ask the customer to reactivate their existing license
