return 404 for now

Yes, they don’t accept WSL exclusive packages now. I’ll publish PKGBUILD directly in this repo soon.

thanks, I'm using https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=subsystemctl as a temporary substitute
