We have a new investigating state being released into the app at some point in the coming days, and we need to update the theme to support this. We also have a new brand 'alert' colour available for the page, which we'll likely use for this state.

Fundamentally this should behave in the same way as 'ongoing', but with different wording/colour/ icon on the timeline.
