我期望 在 .roadhogrc 里面设置publicPath='/', 生成的HTML模板里面 'index.js' 引用的路径是 '/index.js' 但结果是相对路径'index.js'引用

原来用的模板是 public/index.html的模板，而不是webpackHtmlPlugin生成的
