bug: "Edit" keybindings don't work in VIM visual mode

Describe the bug

When using VIM visual mode, Cody keybindings such as "Edit Code" don't work. So selecting text and using Cody functionality only works when manually using through the command menu

Expected behavior

Cody should also work when text is selected through VIM visual mode
